Not only was there no mention of todays alleged deadline, the closest to that is "up to dec 19th' meeting" in any public file. The other think was all this vote this time is to try to lock in salaries for the owners and insiders by setting compensatory payment loans. All companies do that, but scams particularity do because they hardly ever have actuall income, just from selling stock like d-w-a-cked.
So, this crap isn't about any merger, dw-acked corp process or anything operational. And common shareholders vote is meaningless. It's advertising.
