Correct, no deadline today, to say so only hurt shareholders who have not voted, who are/were still considering and read they missed some false deadline.


I did call twice. Must not be very busy. Both times got through in seconds. Agents encourage you to vote when your on the call, but both made it crystal clear there was no deadline today Dec 18th for any vote and that you could call tomorrow morning to proxy vote. Last call made agent confirmed you could proxy vote online today/tomorrow morning if you had your control number.


Imagine asking for compensation for owners who lost 31.6 million, so if paid the requested amount they can perform better. It's like saying if you don't vote to line our pocket's we'll loose another 32 million, so you better do it.
