I think this is just mindless pumping of Dwac. This annual meeting is a dud. Maybe said pumper is connected to some officer, director wanting the compensation package to be approved. But not voting on merger. That this goes to endless extensions.

This is our Annual Meeting, as such you are not being asked to vote on the business combination with
Trump Media & Technology Group Corp. (“TMTG”) or any other target. You will retain the right to vote
on the business combination when it is submitted to stockholders and the right to redeem your public
shares for cash in the event a business combination is approved and completed or we have not
consummated a business combination with TMTG or any other target by the time we need to liquidate.
