She has invested large sums, her own time and credibility in many ways to ensure this technology and this venture succeeds without interference that might have taken it down. And now you acknowledge she owns a substantial stake, yet she allows other shareholders to determine hers and the management’s fate.

First of all. LP owns 30M shares, 40M employee stock options and 57M warrants. Those warrants would have expired had she not decided to extend them for some bizare reason.

The idea that she is somehow gracious in allowing shareholders a vote is comical. NWBO is a public company.

In terms of dollars invested, it has been modest. The 2005 buyout was for about $15M(?) but most was from her fund, and the amount from Toucan Partners was smaller and a loan (though they did settle some for shares), I assume Partners was basically LP and husband

Since then basically nothing. One loan that was on such favorable (for LP) terms as to be absurd.

In the mean time she managed to setup two valuable CDMOs using NWBO as a captive customer. Realistically she made a lot more on that than what she paid in.

And over the years, other investors have paid in over $1B. Maybe they deserve a say? Likely not this year though.
