She has invested large sums, her own time and credibility in many ways to ensure this technology and this venture succeeds without interference that might have taken it down. And now you acknowledge she owns a substantial stake, yet she allows other shareholders to determine hers and the management’s fate.

The reason I like management in small companies to hold such stakes, and it is actually not typical but I disagree that she got it “free”, is because they have enough skin in the game that they are not typically going to sell other shareholders out to get in with big pharma and just get paid.

So I am definitely OK with LP, her dedication and determination to get this approved. I think investors that do not see that as an incredible plus are missing a major part of the big picture here.

It is amazing how you can completely contradict yourself just a few posts after this discussion started, and not even notice. She doesn’t own any equity now it is outrageous how much she owns… make up your mind!
