wrong LP is no victim of any dilution since they enriched themselves each year to keep up with the dilution they themselves caused (which they are now sued over for and hopefully lose).
And LPs shares are of such an insignificant size that it has little impact on the voting outcome which was the subject you again did not bother to check.
