Wrong, LP had a very sizable stake, but like all of us after the short attack, she suffered dilution of her stake. She is still a substantial holder of equity and yes, that includes options and warrants.

But as for voting power, she has had the support of shareholders despite your annual efforts to sabotage the management team.
