I am hoping that we will receive word of MAA submission and/or acceptance by the end of this month.

However, if we do not get an MAA submission or acceptance announcement by October 31,
I will be guessing that the MAA was already submitted and that NWBO's intention was only to reveal the
time range of their submission without actually telling us when the application was submitted or accepted.
Therefore, the next PR will be the APPROVAL. In that case, Jeffrey6274, only your Nos. 1 and 4 will
come to pass. Perhaps NWBO felt that they fulfilled their duties by informing us of their intent
to submit and the time range of that submittal.

I very much wish that I am wrong and that we will still get the good news this week but given NWBO's
communication history, can anyone blame me?
