Why make an announcement at all if you're not going to PR the submission. Why not wait and announce the acceptance.

I'm hoping the goal was to create 4 PR events which would slowly stabilize/increase share value:
1. PR that the MMA submission would happen within a specific timeframe.
2. PR that the submission has occurred.
3. PR the acceptance
4. PR the Approval

This would be a great strategy to stabilize/increase the PPS from end of Aug 2023 to Jan 2024. Sprinkle in a few small PR tidbits of Linda Liau joining the SAB, and potential lawsuit results and PRESTO!! 6months of uncertainty for Shorts!! At least I keep telling myself that is the plan.
