dstock07734,
Knowing every peptide is not necessary to recognize that the DCVax platform is tissue agnostic. DCs are indication, therefore, tissue agnostic by nature and it does not take a genius to figure this out. It may take a genius to figure out how convoluted thinking can become when trying to ignore the obvious though; ).
As for change, there are layers of resistance to any change that affects the economics of the SFSU’s quo. At the highest level there is government budgeting and directives to regulators which can be manipulated by those with an agenda. Then there are the government sponsored regulators themselves and their authority to establish and direct oversight and processes that control (often times subjectively) the pace of all advances. Then there is big pharma influence upon establishing process and process change as well as big pharma hedge fund friends and market makers tied into them. That takes lots of time to get through if you can find a way to stay alive long enough. Very few do and NWBO is one of the exceptions because they had a financial support group in Toucan which also supported with manufacturing development, logistics and financing through Cognate which essentially kept IP in house at all times. Most of us investors have no idea what goes on behind the scenes to develop and bring a new product to market. Best wishes.
