Now is a subsidiary of Vcsy. I don’t see how they can separate it since Wade gave Farias 20 ? Or 25%. ( as collateral) when he defaulted on the loan. If they could they would have by now imo …Regardless. the loan was made illegally if Farias was Senior v p and his wife was getting health ins from v ? There has to be some billions in the wings for these guys to be fighting this hard. Couldn’t Len just close up Now Solutions? Open something else just like it? Not sure. Seems like a big headache with Canadian irs a client . Gotta be some good reason for waiting on these law suits. I know guys with way more shares than me ( 1,509,000 in several accounts) Some have 7 million or more. And I thought I was nuts. Lol Looks like we wait on the quantum era? Next year?
