it might be related to a contract nowsolutions did with a customer? given the collusion of mills/wade/?farias, they could have agreed to something excluding other than nowsolutions participation/patents of vcsy? emPath and time derived ip? wade could have basically given away the ip to nowsolutions via licensing? who might have been on the compensation committee during the relevant time intervals? if it's now a turned mills or current mangement type and /or their records of such, it should be an easy task to define the employment of such individuals? any attempt to cover this up by lying/changing documents would be fraudulent.
Wags: hey, maybe that's why they had to show mrs. farias' reported use of vcsy health insurance during the time under consideration? if i were farias lawyer , i'd try.. he wasn't working for them, it was cobra? wonder how the law might treat that? do they need a document? was it done after the fact to cover this? would it work, if the reasons were to allow the commission of a crime?
