kona, why do they need to buy emPath from nowsolutions? or , so i infer from your post. is it an exclusive license from v to nowsolutions? i thought it was not exclusive. or maybe it is in a prior nowsolutions deal, which is interrupted by the farias lawsuit? why can't v just revoke the now license because of fraud? or , maybe that is the case.
