Today I had a post removed because - I was told - I replied to the poster about what they posted about. my reply was a reply about what was in the posters post. His/her post was about the stock.

My post covered what he/she posted about the stock - and his/her post was not removed so obliviously the topic was appropriate. I never mentioned the poster in my post.

I’m ok if that is the posting rule.

I asked admin instead of replying to the poster - if it was a stand alone post would it be ok then?

‘Probably not’ was the reply.

Posting rules are super narrow- and enforced randomly and not evenly (humans are not perfect) I know ihub admins have been hearing that for decades from multiple 1000’s of ihub users.

Hope things change soon. It would be super sweet to have more freedom in posting.
