I know it happens, I also saw almost every penny stock make huge gains early 2021 not just XERI. It could be said this universal squeeze followed the law of supply and demand. FREE money (DEMAND INCREASE) from our GOV. poured in from PPL sitting on their asses with NO PLACE to go and spend it.

I know it happens. There are many DANGERS in the OTC world. Dilution comes in many different forms. Most of which prove deadly to the stock. Shorting is very rarely done in the OTC. On the other hand dilution (SUPPLY INCREASE) can come past debt the former owners of the stock had or from NEW owners making NEW debt. This is seen being done by Auctus.

There are groups of thousands that will move on a stock (FRONT LOAD) (DEMAND INCREASE) and hit every social media spot they can to create FOMO (DEMAND INCREASE) in the naive. Then unload as a SM frenze (MOB RULE) takes the mind set over.I noticed a few leaders with 4-5 thousand followers show up but by then this SCAM was too well known.

There is the possibility of counterfeit shares being sold (SUPPLY INCREASE) in markets other than the SEC controlled US market. This would not surprise me one bit. Ukraine is front and CENTER on possible corruption the likes of which we have never seen before!!!!!

There is also insider trading which is a problem but easy to verify DUE to SEC. You also have PPL who buy into the dream while others ( front loaders) put their capital in knowing it's NOTHING but a SCAM.

Last are the front loaders like me who have seen predictable patterns develop. There are a number of the same actors and companies they recycle. There was a time here you could go put $1000 on 10 different .0001 stocks and turn a decent profit with patience and knowing when to GET OUT. Just a pinky getting current would usually push it to trip 5 or above.
