2 killed in Highway 1 crash on Peninsula after Tesla, Subaru submerge in lagoon

A Tesla and gray Subaru SUV were involved in a collision around 6:40 p.m. on Highway 1 at Bean Hollow Road, officials said. Both vehicles landed in a shallow lagoon, but one vehicle was fully submerged in the water, CHP said

Looks like the Tesla completely submerged as the Subaru can still be seen. No details on how this accident happened but interestingly cracks opened in the earths magnetic field with some significant polarity bouncing following.

You can see the geomagnetic activity on the top graph. The purple areas when the field swings negative indicate cracks have formed.
