WRONG! It was 12+ million shares shorted before the reverse split.

And do NOT count on institutions to help.
They short as much as they buy.
That is WHY Wilson wanted the NASDAQ. Being able to do offering and get the money to satisfy his fantasies.
The lender shorted the shares immediately to get their money back. It is not correct to think these guys watched the pps dropping from 6 bucks to 25 cents.
They are in the business to make money, not to lose.

Bottom line, Wilson is cleaned, and, imo, lost control of the stock a long time ago. Hopefully for some of you guys he is still a bit in control of the company. He needs to stop the BS.
