If you'll recall, despite all of Rosen and Schmidt's blatherings about this "paperwork mess" (of the CEO's making) getting resolved in short order, a resolution to it doesn't feel any closer now than it did when Brett's original prediction of "a few weeks" was first made almost six months ago...
