Honestly, at the time CYBL went PL (not CE) , it was 100% because they half arsed their paperwork. They played loose with many aspects of their filings. People were paid with shares with little or no paperwork filed. We payed the price. With any luck that is all behind us now. However, you are right in that Goerge Sharpe and Brett Rosen are in a bit of a Civil war and we may get caught in the crossfire, it would be wise to double check all paperwork.
