Why are shareholders being told the Statute of Limitations doesn’t apply? Pretending it was yesterday by omitting the years of 2013 and 2015.
Regulators are telling investors that anything preceding the S of L is legally irrelevant. Simple as that .
Math acumen required- cannot add together 2 RS over 2 years apart as if everything was a constant is inconsistent and flawed. Kind of ridiculous to have to drag up 10+ years -/ when at a loss.
