A statute of limitations is a law that sets the maximum amount of time that parties in a dispute have to initiate legal proceedings. What on Earth does that have to do with reverse splitting their stock twice? <HINT> Nothing!

It is IN NO WAY misleading to combine the company's TWO reverse splits to demonstrate that the company REVERSE SPLIT THEIR SHARES 1:100,000!

How on Earth is that misleading? <HINT> It isn't... it is a FACT!
