I think people are missing the part where he stated that CYBL's attorneys told him not communicate until the CE was dealt with. They were releasing updates weekly despite the CE until he was told to stop. I'm sure once the CE is lifted we will receive a shit ton of news that they have wanted to release, but have not been able to.
