CM, if our CEO truly has the goods and the CE will truly be lifted within the next month or two, I think he's doing the right thing by holding off releasing relevant news. The time to do it is AFTER the CE is lifted. It just makes sense to do it this way. Why waste good news now for a stock that's not tradable in the US?
