True true. Keep in mind there is a discount to those shares on top of the average of trailing share price. So it’s probably around 1 billion since the sp is well below the initial .0075 estimated sp at this time.

I believe that’s still ok near term but if it goes further, there will be more OS and AS increases. I’d like to learn more about the latest loan and what they are putting up for collateral (if anything). We shall see soon I guess.
