Yea the loan balance owed when dilution started was $1.4M I think.

Diluting at an average price of .0016 gives them about 875M shares. If they started diluting at 1B OS then they should be finishing up in April if they keep up the pace they did in previous months.

Your 2B estimate is probably gonna end up to be pretty accurate. It's probably what ST3 was thinkng as well when he decided to raise the AS to 4.5B and not any higher.
