EXACTLY why this appears to be fraudulent activity. They 100% HAD the opportunity to file an application. They 100% HAD the opportunity to issue a free press release on it. They 100% stated they had the intention. They 100% WOULD have been approved had they filed.

Yet…….NOTHING…….

A simple press release saying, “we filed” would have been sufficient to keep this above .01.

The class action lawyers should be circling right about now.
