Thanks. That seems like the most probable scenario!
Makes me wonder if whomever moved it and held it above .01, for as long as they did, stopped doing so because it no longer mattered?
Like they learned that the application was rejected for some reason and there was no longer a reason to prop it up?
It just seems like there was no attempt (except from retail) to prevent the drop below a penny.
A simple PR or update would probably have been all that it would have taken, no?
But that curiously didn't happen...
