Chromosome, I keep hearing people make reference to removing KM and management. At this point, this is only about the removal of PWO and adding 7 Sarissa BOD seats. More specifically it’s about adding shareholder representation to the board.The proxy vote will not remove other board members or AMRN management. I haven’t seen anything that states Denner is looking to remove or replace KM and team. IMO, It’s in Denner’s best interest to work with the current team until he deems it necessary to make any changes.
