Its unfortunate given the increasing hostile tone between Sarissa and AMRN management, that a compromise is increasingly unlikely. Although I voted Blue for my proxy I am not sure a wholesale clean-out of current management is the answer either. While by no means happy with the stock price, like most here, I do feel that KM and team have moved the ball forward. Along the way they have made mistakes and learned from it. They are aware of an increasing sense of urgency and overall unhappiness among shareholders. Also this proxy fight I am sure is creating a lot of distraction and taking away mindshare from management, when they need to be laser focused. I for one will be glad when there is an outcome, either way, so we can get back to business....
