Max- I would like to think that Niocorp’s Elk Creek project is already known & past the smoozing stage. In 2019 they did have a lobbyist; Jim even spoke before Congress. What would they be lobbying for now? Even the USGS has completed extensive recent research 2022. The project is permitted & shovel ready!
Jim has also stated the Niocorp team was familiar with the DoE/LPO process (because they had gone down that avenue before.)
I guess a new lobbyist won’t hurt, but it’s all about completing & proving final process/separation via ongoing demonstration operations & getting financed in 2023 for me!
I do not want to hear Mark say he is pushing on ropes this year!
