The Optune trials were APPROVED by regulators -- the highest bar for a trial. NWBO has NOT.

The JAMA Oncology manuscript only references Complete or near complete resection -- that was the requirement to meet the inclusion screener. The ECA trials allowed biopsy only patients that leave considerable tumor. There is a significant difference in expected survival from tumor between Complete resection and a biopsy.

This a significant bias that has been repeatedly pointed out by the neuro-oncologist critics of the trial.
