The SAP in fact goes into detail on the patients with different remaining tumor as does the JAMA article. His study for Optune is disregarded by countries and states as not compelling. That he would say this while basically being the primary spokesperson for Optune scientifically, and with many people and entities questioning the value of that study, I can see why he'd be nervous about a systemic immunotherapy that is easier to comply with that could replace that system. Conflict is obvious.
