What are you talking about? I didn’t say SB and AJNA are the same company. Of course they are separate legal entities. Anything else would be poor planning!

I give you one point. It’s not specifically stated that SBH owns AJNA. This is a known-known. However, the relationship is highly incestuous and its highly possible a subsidiary of SBH albeit maybe not 100% as there some private equity money involved. IMO SBH has and will keep vote control of AJNA which will allow the SB to gain greater control of CW if the option is exercised.

I’ve heard and read enough to have the opinion there’s a ‘corporate affiliation’ legally connection the two entities.

Your conclusion is based on not seeing a document showing the ownership. We all have our views.
