WISE WQLF SAYS; Corporations are separate entity’s. Charlotte’s Web has an agreement with Stanley Brothers USA Holdings, Inc. a privately held company. AJNA Biosciences was formed has a Corporation in the Commonwealth of Delaware. They are not the same Corporation. Both YQU and the other individual are making wrong assumptions. Like the WISE WQLF stated, the only way the agreement between Charlotte’s Web and Stanley Brothers Holdings USA option includes AJNA is if the Holding Company has made AJNA Biosciences a wholly owned subsidiary. There has been no mention of AJNA Biosciences being a subsidiary of Stanley Brothers Holdings USA. One might want to research AJNA Biosciences. Since Charlotte’s Web hasn’t mentioned this in the Quarterly or 8-K filing, the only way to get the corporate status of AJNA is to request the Articles of Incorporation from the Commonwealth of Delaware at a cost YQU Understand.
