The agreement between AJNA Biosciences and Charlottes’s Web did not include the option to acquire AJNA Biosciences for the fact that AJNA Biosciences was formed after the signing, and is not included in the agreement. Charlotte’s Web would have come out with a 8-K with the SEC stating that AJNA Biosciences was part of the acquisition. Still no filing’s with the SEC and it hasn’t been filed in the Quarterly’s as well. IMO Have Mercy WQLF Ahooooooo
