As for the claim that the doctors in the trial were “paid”, no, the trial and treatment are paid for by sponsors, but if your formulation were true then no clinical trial ever would be reliable. And yours is a false formulation. They are paid by their research institutions to be objective. The drug and costs of the drugs and treatment are paid for to the university for hospital not to the doctors. Their work is to be objective.

But if I am selling an approved product and likely making millions and getting rich doing it, and, as in the case of TTF, it is a flaws product from the start, but I spend all of my time selling and validating it, yeah, that’s a real conflict.

As for Bosch, and the 70 doctors and JAMA, there is no massive conspiracy and no indication of fraud by way of a massive conspiracy. Sorry, the entire notion is preposterous and no regulator will buy that as an explanation.
