I’ll just say this: The BP scientists are the best in the world in understanding the science and anything to do with the trial and regulatory process.

If BP feels the need to actually wait until there’s an approval to make an offer, then that would be problematic. In my view, I believe the offer has been made and is “in process.”

There’s no accounting for judgement and decision making, and things can go sideways at any point, but hopefully they’re close.
