normally yes, but given the unusual way they have conducted the trial and changed the SAP (which has all been all legit dont get me wrong). I suspect BP want certainly with at least one RA approval. Immu + RWE...
Then there is the uncertainty of the MIA for BP. You can hardly compare the GBM trial with any other biotech.

Uncertainty can be addressed with milestone payments and such. I tend to believe the ball is in LP’s court to make or not to make a deal. In some sense she’s already alluded to that.
