I would think that NWBO must have something unequivocal to prove its case otherwise this would be a suicidal act. Prolonged law suit can drain NWBO very limited financial resources. As I said before, in the end it might just take a couple of whistleblowers to wrap up the case. It is my speculation.

Cohen and Milstein had to agree to take the case in the first place. That in itself tells me everything I needed to know in regards to the suit having "sharp teeth" or not. And boy oh boy does this suit have teeth. If you only knew........
