No problem. I started a small position about two years ago and have been adding ever since. I considered it once-in-a-life opportunity. Had to do so by reducing significantly another ticker that I was once all in. I don't worry about the RA at all. LP had strategic move by filing for approval in Britain since Novocure was not approved in Britain and there is hugely unmet need in that country. Did you recall Dr. Ashkan once said something to the effect that FDA is being too political? So it is definitely a smart move to start with Britain.

I don't worry about the court case either. Had the seven MMs ever dreamed that NWBO, a company that lives on loan, would sue all seven of them together before NWBO really filed the lawsuit? Never in a million years. I would think that NWBO must have something unequivocal to prove its case otherwise this would be a suicidal act. Prolonged law suit can drain NWBO very limited financial resources. As I said before, in the end it might just take a couple of whistleblowers to wrap up the case. It is my speculation.
