I'm saying its theatrics first and foremost and also creates context for him to leave Tesla.

Musk has ties to intelligence agencies just like his buddy Thiel. They'd want the theatrics as a distraction for the general public. Keep some from looking up and others from looking down.

While I understand the motive to distract, I think a well informed public is key to a civilized society. Which explains some of why society is deteriorating because alot of things are kept hidden for national security reasons.

Could it be that there is a strategy to distract people away from looking at the basic data?
Is all this an exercise to create more and more forum verbiage to drown out any serious discussion of evidence?
