why there has been zero progress this year on the Tollovir/id front and investors are forced into a spinoff

Once again, funding 3CL was always the plan. It's in all the filings. Not sure where you get your Provista is going to fund it all. It was and is just the opposite.

You also forgot to mention the million+ of sales of Tollovid that didn't exist the year prior. Those bottles didn't fall out of the air nor sold door to door.

No one is forced to do a spinoff. It's just smarter to raise within 3CL Pharma as always planned if possible then raise at the parent level.
