Completely agree with that synopsis. That's honestly how I thought it would play out. Unfortunately it didn't and GC had zero backup plan. The SP never took off and ProVista was never (and still isn't) ready scale to drive revenue and fund the Tollo line. ProVista was acquired in April of 21' (I believe off the top of my head) leaving GC 7-10 months to scale should that business should the SP not take off in early 22' like everyone thought post initial P2 Tollovir Trail Results. Instead of an uptick in SP, the SP plummeted from those really good initial P2 results and GC had zero backup plan. I.E. why there has been zero progress this year on the Tollovir/id front and investors are forced into a spinoff.
