Agen, Argos, Neon, Cldx, etc
They all thought they knew how to pick the right antigens, or in Argos case the supposed “benefit” over Autologus tumor lysate pulsed dendritic cells. They all had flashy early trials….then Kaput. Now Moderna supposedly knows how to pick the antigens because it had a flashy early phase 2 with Keytruda in Melanoma. Good luck to them I say, but Melanoma is an immunogenic (hot tumor) cancer with many many targets. Same as it ever was.
