I’ve led a publicly traded company before taking them private- I can assure you that no CEO would ever survive a shareholder confidence vote if they behaved like Linda!

Shareholders want information and transparency, especially an annual shareholders meeting. Don’t confound giving away strategy with basic leadership!

And btw, nearly every quarterly call has a CEO update on guidance, forecast and STRATEGY!!
