How many publicly traded NYSE companies has Happy managed??? I've managed 2 and from experience, LP et al are "spot on " on their strategy! You do not telegraph your strategy. For example, how many E&P companies could survive if they PR'd every discovery well before they leased all the available acreage in the prospect area??
