They've hired the very highly skilled people you referred to, now, to do that work. They understand the regulatory part, which is what lawyers do very well and these lawyers are extremely well qualified

Your theory, now again reality:
you do realize that these two incompetent hire consultants for everything right? They hire consultants to prepare for regulatory approval and they hire consultants to hire smart staff at Advent. Then also so far they do NOT understand regulatory approval for they think Advent must be completely certified to submit MAA which is BS. So they don't understand that. So there is zero evidence of competence 2 years and 2 months after the data lock and zero official TLD of the 2 lawyers. As Seeking Alpha said. They dont function like a normal working biotech and thus the lawyers are incompetent to run a biotech.
