Yes, I know you implied that lawyers can't run a technical company. They've hired the very highly skilled people you referred to, now, to do that work. They understand the regulatory part, which is what lawyers do very well and these lawyers are extremely well qualified to be in those positions and clearly understand the regulatory complexities here far, far better than you and most of us here. They are directly in contact with top lawyers who do the drug regulations daily, for much, much larger companies and similar companies, and they all are likely regularly in touch with their regulators and the highly skilled employees you just referred to.
And yes, all the large costs of those highly skilled people are on a separate company that manages their factory for them and has been building it, but their retirement and all of the burdened costs of their long-term employment, which is considerable in the UK and previously the EU, are all on that contractee's balance sheet. NWBO does pay immediate costs and some costs are shared, as there is some substantial symbiosis, which is not typically possible with an already fully formed CDMO with their own factory and many other clients.
To me it seems like a pretty sweet, very confidential and perfect situation for keeping costs contained and managed while executing at a very high level. It also maintains ownership of all IP, Flaskeworks development can be done directly on the company's own facility with no prying eyes or competitors scoping it out, and a high degree of security can be maintained.

I own NWBO. My posts on iHub are always posted expressly as just my humble opinion (IMHO) and none are advice, just my opinion. I am NOT a financial advisor, and it is assumed that everyone is responsible for their own due diligence.
