For 1) I will refer you to the financing agreement between Yorkville and KBLB. Actually read it. Therein lies all both Yorkville and KBLB are expecting. Anything beyond that is pure, 100%, conjecture.

2) FWIW: Conjecture is not DD. The suggestion still remains to engage in some good old-fashioned DD, past and present, to find not one utterance from Kings about "disappointment." One may find quite the contrary, actually.
