Arithmetic is not pure conjecture. Yorkville is not happy with the arithmetic that Thompson has presented them with. The terms of the Kings contract are not conjecture. Kings is unhappy the terms of the agreement have gone so far off course.
Companies like to make lots of money. That is part of their DNA. When a partner is doing things that mean they get less money, they are not happy. Neither are most investors. KBLB is hurting us in the pocketbook. That hurt will continue as KBLB continues to climb beyond 1 billion shares.
